1. What Mapleorbits is

Mapleorbits is a free-to-play social casino platform designed for adult visitors in Canada. The platform provides casino-inspired entertainment - social slots, social roulette and social blackjack - that is played entirely with virtual coins. Virtual coins have no monetary value. They cannot be purchased, exchanged, gifted, transferred, redeemed for cash, or converted into any real-world asset. 2. Age requirement

• Not use the platform in a way that harasses, defames or harms any other person.
• Not upload or transmit malicious code, spam or unlawful content of any kind through any Mapleorbits surface.

4. Virtual coins

Virtual coins are a purely internal accounting mechanism used to allow the games to behave in a way that resembles real casino games. They are not a currency. They have no cash value. They cannot be sold, gifted, transferred between users, redeemed, deposited or withdrawn. They exist solely to allow gameplay on Mapleorbits and can be reset, adjusted or discontinued at any time without notice. No player has any right, ownership interest or claim of value in a virtual coin balance.

5. No real-money gambling

Mapleorbits offers no real-money gambling of any kind. There are no deposits, no withdrawals, no cash prizes, no merchandise prizes, no gift cards, no loot boxes, no in-app purchases, no sweepstakes, no promotions redeemable for value, and no partnerships with real-money casinos that route users off-platform. If any external actor claims a connection between Mapleorbits and a real-money gambling site, that claim is unauthorised and should be reported to [email protected].

6. Intellectual property

All content on Mapleorbits - including the name Mapleorbits, the logo, the game titles (Boreal Reels, Pine Roulette, Cabin 21), the visual design, the game rules as expressed on the platform, the source code, the text content, the illustrations and the audio - is the property of the Mapleorbits team or its licensors and is protected by Canadian and international copyright, trademark and other intellectual property laws. No content may be reproduced, redistributed, embedded or built upon without written permission.

7. Availability

We aim to keep Mapleorbits available at all times but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The platform may be temporarily unavailable for scheduled maintenance, unscheduled technical issues, security responses, or reasons outside our control (network outages, hosting provider issues, force majeure events). We reserve the right to modify, suspend or discontinue any part of the platform at any time.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Canada and, where applicable, the laws of the Province of Ontario, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the use of the platform is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Province of Ontario, subject to any consumer-protection rights you may have under the laws of your province of residence.

11. Changes

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be highlighted on the site for a reasonable period following the change. Continued use of the platform after such notice constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you disagree with any change, please stop using the platform.
